About IBEW Local 103
IBEW Local 103’s mission is to provide Greater Boston’s developers with the best trained, most efficient, and safest electricians and telecommunications specialists while fostering our Union’s values of economic fairness, equal opportunity, and charitable giving in the communities where we work, live, and raise our families. Our unwavering commitment to professional excellence is personified at our Joint Apprenticeship Training Center (JATC). The JATC offers one of the most advanced electrical apprenticeship programs in the country. Business Manager Lou Antonellis
Lou Antonellis is the Business Manager of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 103. Lou has been a member of IBEW 103 since 1990 and graduated from the Harvard University Trade Union Program in 2009. He was elected Business Manager in June 2017.

Executive Director Kristen Gowin
Kristen Gowin is the Executive Manager of the Boston Chapter of NECA, the National Electrical Contractors Association. Kristen served as Assistant Manager for six years prior to ascending to the role of Executive Manager in 2020. She currently represents more than 200 union electrical and telecommunications contractors employing over 8,000 IBEW members in the Northeast.

The Greater Boston Joint Apprentice Training Center’s (JATC) primary mission is to develop the most skilled and responsive electricians and technicians in the United States of America. We are dedicated to educating professionals who have the expertise, character and solidarity to bring the highest value to their clients, their union, and NECA contractors.
